Choose whether to join each 60-75 minute Zoom program live and/or view the recorded program later. Each ticket, which lets your whole household participate, gives you both options. Purchase all four Always ON Sunday events for $100 and save $20 or purchase them separately.

FEBRUARY 6, 2PM
Virtual Chocolate Tasting

Explore small-batch craft chocolate collection dreamt up by the world's most renowned chocolate makers. The makers featured in this collection have been receiving many awards in the chocolate community for their creative flavor combinations as well as the social impact their work has on the lives of cacao farmers and chocolate communities around the world. Our host will be Anya Zelfond, founder of Gourmet Boutique and Craft Chocolate Educator.

Tickets: $60 per link; includes four craft chocolate bars, carefully curated for the AONS event.

Love Songs: A Special Valentine's Concert

From his New York City apartment, Opera North General Director Evans Haile curates a special virtual concert of love songs. He is joined by some special musical guests—the casts of our Summerfest 2022 productions of Cosi fan tutte and La Traviata—to create this musical lovefest. Grab your “funny Valentine” and join us!

FEBRUARY 27, 2PM
Directors' Cut

Join Opera North Artistic Director Louis Burkot for a lively conservation with Così fan tutte director Jennifer Williams and La Traviata director Andreas Hager. Jennifer and Andreas, both former Resident Artists with Opera North, are making their mark on the opera world. Site-specific and immersive productions have been a recent hallmark of Jennifer Williams' work, making her particularly sought-after during the pandemic. Andreas Hager returns to Opera North this summer, after directing our highly acclaimed 2018 production of La Belle Hélène.

The Coach's
Corner

Mezzo soprano Cloe SanAntonio joins the Opera North company of Resident Artists this summer as Dorabella in Così fan tutte. Cloe joins Louis Burkot, Opera North Artistic Director and acclaimed vocal coach, and pianist Noriko Yasuda, to explore the lyrical lines, and lovely melodies of this impulsive and affectionate Mozart heroine.
